It can be transformed from a single stroller into a double stroller by adding an additional seat (sold separately) or a glider board. The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection can be set up into a triple-travel system by adding a bench or infant car seat. It offers 24 configurations and is a top-rated stroller overall. The model is made of Baby Jogger’s soft, breathable TENCEL fabrics, which aid in thermal regulation and are sustainable sources. It has a premium leatherette handlebar and bumper bar and comes with a belly bar. It’s 20% smaller and lighter than the top single-to-double stroller on the market, the UPPAbaby V2.

It comes with a moderate-sized sunshade and a convenient magnetic peek-a-boo window that is easy to open and close. The telescoping bar can be one of the most easily adjustable and works for parents of any height. The seats recline and have an adjustment button for the footwell to allow you to position your child to ensure maximum comfort. The storage bin is spacious however we wish it had a latch that was more secure. It’s easy to reach, but we discovered the zippers to be a little frustrating since they have to be removed completely and reattached to each use.

Like its brothers like its siblings, the City Select has single-action brakes that are easy to set and release using the pull of a lever on the side of the frame, lower than the handlebar. It is sandal- and barefoot friendly and a step up from the clunky brake levers other competitors use.

This is the only stroller we’ve reviewed in our review that can accept two infant car seats, making it a great option for twins or for parents with a single child and a new baby coming soon. It is compatible with most major brands infant car seats using an adapter. We tested it with Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models as well as the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. It is a great option for families that already have an infant car seat and are looking for an appropriate stroller, but you may be better off with another convertible stroller that fits an additional infant car seat in this instance.
