2 in 1 Pushchair With Car Seat
Everyday folds using just one hand and the seat attached parent-facing or world-facing – unlike some buggies that require the seat to be removed and then put back again. The handle is adjustable in height positions, making it comfortable for parents of all sizes.
The pushchair comes with an adjustable seat that can be set in a flat position for infants. It is also compatible with the Cot S carrycot, that allows for outdoor napping. It comes with a range of accessories.
EVERYDAY 2-in-1
This award-winning stroller is a full size budget-friendly model that comes with everything you require to use it for every day use. It glides easily and comes with a number of useful features, such as stow pockets for parents and a sun hood that can be extended and a parent’s tray.
This is a great option for families who use public transport often and would like to purchase a travel system. If you’re a regular walker, you might want to go with an extra bouncy pushchair that has an easy-to-leap seat (like the Silver Cross Sleepover or Mamas and Papas Pramette).
Most online reviews praise the stroller’s one-handed folding mechanism. You just move a lever in the push bar with your thumb while pushing forward and it folds up easily. It also has a mesh peephole that allows air to circulate on hot days, and it can be used to monitor your baby when world-facing.
It’s also a comfortable pushchair for toddlers. It comes with a 5-point safety harness with an adjustable backrest. The seat also tilts to various positions, and the padded footrest adjusts as your child grows taller. The hood comes with a removable segment that can be zipped onto to create an extra large visor. It provides adequate shelter in windy weather and even offers UPF 50+ protection from UV radiation. The height of the handlebars can be adjusted using an adjustable side, but it requires both hands, which isn’t ideal for hands that are smaller.
TRAVEL SYSTEM
If you opt for a pushchair that is pram 2 in 1-in-1 and has car seats, your child will be able to be safe in an infant car seat that snaps right onto the frame of the stroller. This is ideal for families with busy schedules who use taxis or ride-sharing services to travel around. If you don’t intend to travel frequently you could consider an independent stroller or an additional car seat that will perform just as well. Be sure to check the specifications of the product to be sure your car seat and stroller will work in tandem.
The majority of 2 in 1 highchair-in-1 travel systems include a car seat for your baby and the pushchair. The car seat snaps directly to the frame of the pushchair, so you don’t need to wake your baby to put it in. This is especially beneficial during the first few months of life as your baby could be asleep for a large portion of the day.
Some models, like the Doona infant base and car seat offer more convenience. This system is a hybrid car seat and stroller. The seat folds up under itself and transforms into a baby stroller when the car is removed. It’s a great option for families who frequently travel because the Doona is safe to use with a car seat carrier in both airplanes and cars.
Other travel systems like the MOOV, VEO and PRIME 2020 have an integrated seat that can be inserted into the pushchair frame. The seat unit folds into a compact fold and some models have multiple recline positions so that your child will be comfortable in any position. Some models come with an extendable hood to protect your baby from the sun and wind and also include accessories such as a footmuff or shopping bags.
The EVERYDAY is a fantastic choice for everyday walks thanks to its light and durable aluminum chassis and maintenance-free wheels that are puncture-resistant. It has shock absorption for better steering on sidewalks and roads with pavement. The front wheels can be rotated 360 degrees to enhance maneuverability. It’s ideal for taking your baby on an outing in the park, or to the local grocery store or café.
STORAGE
It is easy to store all of your baby’s equipment in the spacious storage basket accessible from the front. There’s plenty of room for all your essentials and shopping. The one-hand fold lets you continue, even with a full load!
Our stroller 2 in 1 comes with a safety bar that can be removed from both sides. This makes it easier to fit your child into both the carrycot and pushchair. It’s also available for our other pram 2 in 1-in-1 strollers, including MOOV, VEO, and PRIME 2020. The bar is finished in eco leather, which is stylish and soft to the touch. The whole set is light and compact, making it easy to move and save space in your car.
The baby seat is designed to be adaptable to your child’s needs. It can be used in a lying flat position, like a carrycot, or in different reclining positions. It has a soft bamboo-fibre mattress that has thermoregulatory properties and antibacterial properties.
When your baby is bigger then you can convert the stroller into a travel system. The car seat connects to the frame of the stroller in seconds, with Click Connect technology. And it’s ADAC safety-certified, so you can be sure your child is safe hands.
As your child ages and more independent, you can use this seat unit without a car seat. It offers a range of reclining positions and it’s designed ergonomically to assist the back. It’s ideal for long walks as your child can sit up and exercise their independence, while remaining safe.
Each detail has been thought through to make life with your baby as easy as is possible. For example, the telescopic handle has three levels of adjustment which allows you to choose the best 2 in 1 pram position for you. It’s also covered with a soft, pleasant-to-touch eco-friendly leather and is covered with padding for your comfort. The pushchair comes with a variety of useful accessories like a cup holder, mosquito net, leg warmer, rain cover (for the carrycot and separately for the pushchair) sunshade and universal adapters*.
Accessories
A travel system is comprised of a car seat, a pushchair or carrycot (depending on the model). The majority of models include a car adapter that snaps on the chassis to secure your baby’s car seat. It can be clipped to the seat component or bonded directly to the chassis and not the seat component. If you choose to purchase a travel system, check that the car-seat base and adaptors are included in the price of purchase.
Babies can spend up to six months in a cosy lie-flat baby carriage, before moving to a pushchair. Select a model that can convert from a pramette seat to a pushchair and provides various different reclining positions to give your baby the ultimate comfort. Be sure that the seat is backwards for newborns, and forwards for toddlers, and that it can be easily fixed to the chassis, with no extra adaptors needed.
Some strollers and car seats have two-step connection, which includes straps that have to be clicked in and then pulled back. This can be more challenging and time-consuming, and may introduce the potential for error. We are looking for combinations with one-step car-seat attachments that are simple to use – these score high in our tests.
Smoothness is the key to maneuverability. We prefer models with rubber wheels and a single wheel at the front that provide nimble handling in rough terrains. We also prefer models with a single wheel or that can be pulled by one hand. This allows for easy maneuvering in shops and cafes.
Think about how the chassis can fold – this is essential for travel systems. It is likely that you will need to move the pushchair’s chassis in and out of the boot, so a simple mechanism is a necessity. Look for a lock with an automatic feature that will keep the chassis level while it is stored, and a handy strap to aid in this. Find a bin that can accommodate everything you need for your family, and a cup holder for the parent so that you can enjoy your beverage while on the go.
