The footrest is susceptible to being damaged by baggage handlers.

4. Uppababy Mini V2

Uppababy’s Minu V2 is a high-end stroller that doesn’t skimp on quality and design. Its compact size makes it easy to maneuver narrow streets and tight spaces, but its robust construction ensures it can handle rough terrain without compromising your child’s comfort. The spring-action suspension in the front and rear makes for an even more comfortable ride and its durable materials will withstand everyday wear and tear. It can also be expanded to accommodate other accessories, such as a bassinet and infant car seat.

In our tests during our testing, the Minu was easy to maneuver and fold, even with a baby in its hand. Its squat fold that splits into three parts is among the most simple we tried. This allows it to be easily tucked away in overhead compartments in airplanes and on public transport. It has a pushchair single-action color-coded brake that is simple to use.

The seat reclines in various positions, and the leg rest can be adjusted using one hand, making it easy to find your child’s ideal position. The UPF 50+ hood went down quite a ways, which was great to shield Cora’s eyes from sun (though not as low as some other strollers). It is easy to maneuver, has plenty of storage, and is easy to fold. It’s not the ideal choice if you want a car seat-compatible model or a double stroller, however. It doesn’t accept any infant car seats, and your children must be able to sit independently before they can use the stroller from the first day.

This stroller has some solid features and a price. It was awarded a higher score in our review of maneuverability than other strollers with similar specs, and it’s an excellent option for smooth pavements. It also comes with a great canopy and plenty of storage space, including a large parent tray. The handlebar is smaller than the average, and the front wheel suspension is a bit stiffer however it’s comfortable for adults.

If you have twins or two children of different ages, you may find that a side-by-side stroller is the best single pushchair way to get them around. Our favorite is the Joovy Twin Groove, which has a variety of features and a narrow footprint that can be used in places that other side-by-side alternatives can’t.

It has a huge canopy that has a peek-aboo view, and tons of storage. It’s a bit heavier than some other side-by-sides, but it has a decent weight capacity and can accommodate most children up to 50 lbs. You can also add an infant bassinet to the front of the stroller for infants.

If you want a more luxurious version of this stroller the Caboose Sit and Stand Stroller is a great alternative. It comes with the same great features and can be fitted out with a bassinet so you can take your baby home with style from the hospital.
