Albums
The discography of the American rock band Toto includes 13 studio albums, four live albums, as well as several compilations. In addition to the release of original music, Toto has also done collaborations with other artists and on soundtracks for films. Toto has won numerous Grammy Awards.
Before Toto was formed The members of the band played sessions for other musicians. David Paich, the son of drummer Marty Paich, and Jeff Porcaro (the brother of guitarist Joe Porcaro and drummer Jeff Porcaro) all performed on Boz Scaggsalbum in 1975 Silk Degrees. The collaboration led to the formation of Toto in the year 1976.

In 1985, lead singer Fergie Frederiksen left the group, and the band held auditions to find a new frontman. Guitarist Steve Lukather was chosen, and the group recorded their 1986 album Fahrenheit.
In 1998, Toto celebrated its 20th anniversary by re-discovering old demos and tapes to release a special edition called Toto XX. The album was well-received by fans, and Toto began an extensive tour with former members Bobby Kimball Steve Porcaro and Joseph Williams.
Shem von Schröck replaced Leland Sklar as drummer during the tour in support of the 40 Trips Around the Sun album. In the year 2017, Toto released the double-CD set Falling in Between. It included recordings from the tour and also an interview with the group.
