Suspension
The suspension of a double twin 3 wheel stroller-wheel buggy will determine how easy your child/children and you can push it. It is essential to have a smooth ride since babies feel every bump that comes along the road. This is especially true if you are driving on rough terrain such as grass or unpaved roads. Some models also come with front wheels that lock to assist in maneuvering and navigating obstacles such as curbs.
Certain models have air-filled tyres which will give you a great all-terrain experience, but they can be susceptible to punctures, therefore, make sure you have spares in the trunk. Others have foam or gel tyres, designed to take the bumps and are less susceptible to punctures, however, you might find them to be a bit stiff and uncomfortable on your child’s back if you choose to jog.

There are models that fold flat, stand up (as as if they were the shape of a pushchair) and those that are able to open up to reveal more umbrella-style folding, with an operated break. In general the more wheels a buggy comes with, the easier it will be to navigate on rough terrain. This is particularly applicable when the wheels are larger than average – this will give you more stability and make it less likely that your children are likely to tip over or fall over.
